Meet J. Michael Dean, Founder
Mike Dean is a SaaS industry expert who throughout his career has built, coached and led high-performance sales teams in a complex and highly competitive landscape. How did he do this? Through his recruiting expertise.
His career began with an industry-leading Fortune 250 company with nearly $9 Billion in annual revenue. In his business development role, he was consistently a member of the President’s Club. Then as a manager he was awarded for recruiting and building sales teams achieving the #1 ranking with global sales organizations. Multiple hires became the top ranked sales professional at their company. Later he was a partner at a boutique recruiting firm.
As the Vice President of Sales and as Sales Director for several software companies, Mike developed strong sales teams to execute strategic sales plans that led to year-over-year growth.
His expertise in sales management in the SaaS and software industries led him to start Braxton Recruiting to help other companies with their sales recruitment needs.
